Wild Tide Yoga offers seasonal yoga classes and retreats suitable for all levels. Seasonal yoga works to align our bodies with the changing energies of nature using yoga postures, Qi Gong, meditation and breath. We also specialise in Pre and Post Natal Yoga and offer weekly classes as well as nurturing Pregnancy Retreat days.

A nourishing one hour seasonal flow class designed to leave you feeling aligned and restored. Seasonal Yoga works by aligning our bodies with the changing energies in nature, and we do this through carefully designed yoga postures and flows to promote optimum health at each season. The beauty of seasonal yoga is that the pace, intention and intention of the class will be different at each time of year. Classes will always usually include breathwork to calm the nervous system, meditation to bring stillness to the mind and a yoga flow tailored to the current season. We also incorporate Qi Gong and meridian stretches to balance our energies within each season. Classes suitable for all levels, including beginners.
