General terms of Wild Tide Yoga
Classes and Cancellations:
Our classes are scheduled for 60 or 90 minutes (2 hours for longer retreats). Classes will take place at the time and on the date set out in the booking schedule. We reserve the right to change our timetabled and scheduled classes and venues and will provide you with as much notice as possible, however we shall not be liable to provide a refund in such cases. We also reserve the right to change the yoga teacher in the case of illness or other absence, and we endeavor to give you as much notice as possible if this is the case. Please ensure your email and contact details are up to date.
Class cancellation
If you need to cancel a class, you may do so without a charge if you provide at least 24 hours notice to us by contacting us directly either through email or phone. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice or miss a class you will be charged full payment for the class and will not be eligible for a refund.
Retreat Cancellation
Our cancellation policy for our retreats and events is 48 hours. Any retreat or event tickets cancelled after this period will not be refunded.
Any spaces in our class are subject to availability and are allocated on a first come first served basis through our booking app Momo.
We recommend booking in advance once you have purchased your class pass or block as spaces are subject to availability.
Please arrive in good time for the class to allow you time to settle in and to allow the class to begin on time.
Should you arrive late you will not be refunded for the missed part of the class.
Your Health:
We are not medical professionals and cannot advise on whether you are fit to join the class or not. If you have any concerns about your health and taking the classes please consult your doctor or other medical professional before joining classes. You should notify us at the outset of any medical condition that may affect your ability to participate in class or that you have concerns about. You agree that you will take responsibility for your own health and personal safety during the class and that you are voluntarily participating in the class with the risk that there may be personal injury or illness arising from participation.
You must complete the mandatory heath questionnaire upon registration. If you are attending the Pregnancy or Post Natal classes you will be sent by email an additional medical form to complete which will include more pre and post natal specific questions.
By registering with our booking site you agree to be on our monthly mailing list. You can unsubscribe from this at anytime.
