Description
Optional to join us for Dinner after class. Location of dinner to be confirmed. Not included in ticket price, each pay for themselves. If you want to join please let me know by Wednesday in order to be added to the reservation. Dinner location will be near the studio.

Are you ready to reset and recharge before diving into a brand new month? 90 minute class with a mix of Vinyasa and Restorative Yoga. Every last Friday of the month, we will be offering a transformative 90-minute yoga class that will leave you feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and ready to take on whatever lies ahead. ๐งโโ๏ธ๐ช
Perfect blend of invigorating movement and deep relaxation:
- 60 minutes of Vinyasa-infused yoga, where you'll flow through dynamic sequences that will strengthen your body and increase your flexibility.
- After the flow, we'll transition into 30 minutes of restorative yoga. Slow down, unwind, and give yourself the gift of deep relaxation.
Restorative yoga uses props to support your body in gentle poses that promote healing and release tension. You'll experience a sense of blissful surrender as you melt into each pose, allowing your body and mind to find peace and tranquility. ๐๐

- ๐งโโ๏ธ All yoga materials provided (mat, bolster, blocks, blankets etc.)
- ๐ค Respect your boundaries with our Consent Woodie for touch adjustments.
- ๐ Doors close at 19:00; please arrive early.
- ๐ Bring a journal, water bottle, and wear comfy clothing aka pyjamas if you like!
- ๐โโ๏ธ Tie your hair, remove jewellery, and turn off devices.
