Yin yoga will support you while explorig the softer side of your asana practice. A meditative, grounding practice that allows our bodies to slow down and receive rest within poses that are held longer and with intention to achieve periods of deep rest within longer periods of savasana.

We begin with a slow flow of somatic movements that support our nervous systems productively while softening the body with the incorporation of guided breath work.

A self-care gift, at the beginning of the week, to indulge the senses with gratitude and intentional mindfulness. Come along and embrace the quiet, reflective energy of yin yoga.

Join us for a postnatal session with your baby! Our classes for mothers & babies are informal, friendly, and offer a supportive space in which it's easier to bond and interact with your baby.

You can restore and strengthen your body, have fun with other mums while working on rehabilitation of the pelvis region.

The class encourages you to find a deeper physical awareness, assisting in the prevention of back pain whilst feeding, carrying and lifting your baby.

Don't forget to bring:

We are inviting you to explore fluid and oceanic movements while connecting to the water and growing baby in your womb. Some of the practice is seated, alternating with moment with some flowing standing poses.

This accessible prenatal practice is suitable for all stages of pregnancy and begins with a warming-up, then we will explore postures that focus on building strength and energy. Finishing with a breath practice and meditation makes it a wonderful experience on your journey to parenting.

We will use props such as the yoga block, meditation cushion and/or pillows. No previous experience with Yoga or Pilates required.

De Stretching & mobility les helpt je bij het verbeteren van de flexibiliteit van jouw spieren en de mobiliteit van jouw gewrichten.

Flexibiliteit -
Tijdens de sessie staat actieve stretching centraal: een samenspel van kracht en lenigheid. Eerst versterken we de spieren en vervolgens stretchen we deze, een hele fijne combinatie voor het vergroten van jouw lichamelijke flexibiliteit!

Mobilititeit -
Daarnaast is er in deze les veel aandacht voor het verbeteren van de mobiliteit van het lichaam. Met gerichte en passende oefeningen/houdingen voor elk lichaam, werken we door actieve stretching aan het vergroten van de bewegingsvrijheid van in de gewrichten.
