Yogalates is a blend of Yoga and Pilates designed to strengthen your core while improving your flexibility.

Gain more strength:
Yogalates consists of 40 different poses that range from easy to more challenging. By engaging various muscle groups at the same time, these poses increase your strength, especially around your core and lower back.

Gain more flexibility:
Both Yoga and Pilates enhance flexibility. So just imagine having them both combined! The poses in class engage your arms, legs, neck and back for a workout that targets and stretches your entire body.

Extra information:
- Suitable for all ages and all fitness levels.
- Men and women welcome.
- Class will be given in English and Dutch.

House Rules:
- Please bring your own yoga mat. If you would like to use one of our mats, the cost is €4 (cash or pin).
- Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the class start time.

Cancellation policy:
- You may cancel free of charge up to 2 hours before class starts. You must do this via the MomoYoga booking system.
- If you wish to swap your class from in-studio to online, you must do this via MomoYoga.
- If you have a Womanhood Unlimited Class Pass and fail to show up or cancel in time, you will be invoiced for the price of the class.

Zoom classes:
- You will receive an automatic email from MomoYoga 45 minutes before the start time with all the details to join the Zoom call.
- If you book a class within 45 minutes of the start time, you will not get an email, however you can find the link to the zoom class in the class description on MomoYoga.

Welcome to our sling-world!
Start your week with beautiful stretches and long holds. In this Slow Flow Class we’re welcoming you to experience a soft and mindful start of your week. As we leave very challenging workouts or acrobatics out of this class, all levels are welcome (after a beginners workshop!!) and also moms after giving birth. It’s a typical class that will remind us all how strong, capable and incredible our bodies are!!

Our class will focus on Restorative flows and positions, using the Aerial yoga sling as a supportive tool to create a sacred space within the body, mind and spirit.
You will be guided through gentle warming up exercises and graceful stretches, in preparation for a series of holds inspired by YIN Yoga as well as movement sequences allowing you to focus on Pranayana breathing techniques.

Join us on Mondays to find yourself moving freely to a slow and grounding pace, giving the body and mind the needed time to discover new ways to restore and relax. If you’re looking for ways to relax and unwind – this class is a MUST!!!

Practicalities and house rules:
- This class is open to all levels of practice, beginners too, AFTER a basic Aerial Yoga workshop.
- In order to keep our yoga slings clean and sanitary, we ask that you kindly wear a shirt that covers your underarms (no vests, tank tops or spaghetti straps). Wear clothes with no zips or hooks that might damage the slings.
- Please bring your own yoga mat. If you would like to use one of our mats, the cost is €4 (cash or pin)
