This class offers an Aerial flow for the intermediate level student. This sequence was planned with the intermediate level yoga flyer in mind to work on some transitions, drops and deeper poses to keep you motivated and challenged in your hammock.
If you are new to Aerial Yoga, this particular class is NOT FOR YOU!! We highly recommend you sign up to our Aerial Yoga Basics Workshop (check out the weekly schedule for the next date), and start with less intense Aerial classes first.

Experience inversions and balance poses that are usually off limits to anyone except the most experience yogis. There is no better feeling that being in monkey pose, looking at the world from upside down - perfect for seeing new perspectives :-)

Yin yoga will support you while explorig the softer side of your asana practice. A meditative, grounding practice that allows our bodies to slow down and receive rest within poses that are held longer and with intention to achieve periods of deep rest within longer periods of savasana.

Come and experience deep stretches and mindful movement in our yoga hammocks. The hammocks offer full support so that you can sink into poses you may never have tried before. But don’t worry - you don’t need any previous aerial yoga experience for this class. In fact, all levels are welcome.
You will be guided through a series of restorative poses, but also exercises that strengthen your core while helping your muscles let go of tension, ending with a moment of relaxation - being cocooned and completely supported in the sling in Savasana (which feels so good that many of our yoginis don’t want to leave!). Whether you have experienced aerial yoga or have never tried it before, we know you will love the relaxing meditative energy of our Fly Low class.
The benefits:
- Deep stretches that invite you to be in the present moment
- Deep tissue massage from the pressure of the yoga sling

Ontdek hoe ontzettend leuk deze workout kan zijn, terwijl je yoga practice werkelijk een geweldige twist krijgt 🙂 We gaan stap voor stap je kennis laten maken met Aerial yoga en houden rekening met alle leeftijden, conditieniveaus, man /vrouw, dus wees niet ongerust en doe mee!!
Draag comfortabele, rekbare kleding. Om onze slings veilig en schoon te houden verzoeken wij je vriendelijk geen kleding te gragen met knopen of ritsen. Het dragen van een T-shirt dat de oksels bedekt is EEN MUST !!

Mocht je niet kunnen komen, zorg dan dat je je ticket aan iemand anders geeft/doorverkoopt. We houden de groepen klein en intiem, er is daarom geen inhaals sessie mogelijk, evenals restitutie.
Bij slecht weer kunnen we de workshop plek verplaatsen naar onze gezellige studio in hartje Delft. Informatie wordt op tijd naar de deelnemers verzonden.
