About Yoga by Claire Garrahan

I am an Edinburgh based Yoga Teacher, trained in Vinyasa and Ashtanga Yoga which I completed in Goa, India.

I teach Vinyasa Flow Yoga, a dynamic practice which blends movement with mindfulness. Postures are linked together with the breath, creating a flowing sequence of movement.

I truly believe yoga is for everyone, and like to create accessible classes for all levels.

In my classes you can expect to build strength and flexibility in both body and mind.

I offer 2 weekly classes in Edinburgh, including a “Yoga Basics” class which is a beginner-friendly option and a more dynamic, fast paced class for those with some yoga experience or anyone looking to challenge themselves!

I like to keep class sizes small to ensure that I can give the attention and guidance you might need, and also to keep a personal, community feel to my classes.
