Gentle Yoga: Very beginner friendly. We spend most of the class on our belly, back or seated (with props!). Our focus will be on honoring how we showed up that day, connecting with breath and coming into a sweet surrender with a 10 minute savasana. Depending on the energy of the class we may come to stand for a short period of time, connecting breath to movement. Options, props and stair-step variations are always offered!

Yin yoga consists of a series of long-held, passive floor poses that targets the deep connective tissues, bones, joints, fascia, and ligaments in the body. These poses help gain more flexibility and mobility in the body. The poses are held for up to five minutes, sometimes longer.

Introduction to Mat Pilates – level 1

You will learn foundational exercises and movement principles that strengthen and stretch the entire body. Focusing on breath, proper form, and efficient movement patterns. Using slow controlled movements and repetition to build strength. Pilates strengthens the core, improves balance, increases coordination, and decreases stress. It is safe and low impact making it appropriate for any age or fitness level.

This is considered a regular class and you use your Montly Membership, class pack, or drop in to sign up.

This moment in time has created a lot of emotions for many of us. Election grief is collective grief. You are not broken or alone! Join us to grieve in community.

Andrada and Liat invite you to share your sorrows, give voice to your fears, release stuck emotions from the body, and end with hypnotherapy to increase resiliency.

In this 75-minute gathering, you’ll have the opportunity to breathe, share, and close with calming hypnotherapy for peace and healing.

Andrada will guide us in exploring grief and fear, creating space for you to share your experiences and emotions. Together, we’ll practice breathwork to calm and support the body in times of overwhelm. We’ll finish our circle with Andrada leading us in hypnotherapy, fostering inner resilience and peace.

Gentle yoga is a slower-paced practice to energize and relax the body,
quiet the mind, and calm the nervous system.

This 60-minute class offers stretching, strengthening, breathing
exercises, and poses to encourage better balance, bone density, and
flexibility. Yoga helps alleviate stress and anxiety and promotes
inner peace while learning/refining the fundamentals of yoga.

Mindfulness Meditation
In this relaxing slow-paced practice, we engage in mindfulness-based stress reduction meditation (MBSR) and somatic mindful movement based in gentle yoga. We take time to intentionally experience connecting with the breath and body, training our awareness in more deliberately embracing the present moment. By purposefully slowing down, we train our minds, reset our bodies and rewire the nervous system, activating the relaxation response. We begin to connect to an inherent capacity to heal, learning to recognize the body’s subtle intelligence, stepping out of autopilot and into a more conscious, calm and balanced state. We honor the body and its different abilities, soothing the nervous system, and assist in stress management, self-regulation and homeostasis. All levels welcome.

Slow Power Flow blends deep stretch through held poses while also engaging the cardiovascular system in this Vinyasa-based practice. Seated, standing, balance, and supine poses will offer you the opportunity to listen to your body's needs, with many options offered in varied asanas, whether the use of props or safely exploring a wider range of movement. Arrive in comfortable yoga clothing with your yoga mat and we will provide the props (bolsters, blocks and blankets). If you would prefer, please bring your own props and eye pillow.

Fundamentals of Inversions with Maria
Saturday November 23, 10:30-12:30pm

New to inversions? 

Nervous to be upside down? 

Feeling unstable while inverting? 

Want to get more comfortable being upside down?

Whether you are new to inversions, want to take your practice to a new level or have some experience inverting but would like some specific guidance and refinement to your practice, this workshop is for you!

During our 2 hours together we will dive into what are some of the best practices and precautions when it comes to inversions. 

We will look at the mechanics of a handstand in its many variations, try a headless headstand, which is a real special experience, as well as learning the fundamentals of classic headstand, Sirsasana 1.

You will both work individually on your own mat, as well as supporting fellow yogis on their specific inversion journey. Come as you are, with an open heart and explore some of the most fundamental principles of inversion practice.

As mentioned, you can be completely new to inversions, however a regular exposure to asana practice prior to this workshop, is strongly recommended. 

About the teacher:
Breath, functional alignment and inclusivity are central elements in all Maria’s classes. To her, Yoga is about balance, intention and self-inquiry. She specializes in Yoga fundamentals, Pranayama and Yin yoga.


In 2007, Maria was encouraged into yoga class by a dance teacher, to become a more flexible dancer. Once she stepped on the yoga mat at the local Ashtanga Shala, she discovered a much-needed sanctuary for both mind, body and spirit. Here she was able to begin shredding some of the toxic perfectionism linked to pursuing a professional dance career, and getting on the yoga mat shifted, from being a physical fight to achieve perfection, to being a place to grow, inquire and work on self-acceptance.



As a longtime Yoga student, and yoga teacher since 2013, Maria believes Yoga is for every body and strives for every person to leave class feeling seen and cared for, regardless of experience level and physical capacity. She caters to all students who seek well-rounded asana classes with an added sprinkle of pranayama, philosophy and playfulness.
