Join me in this celebration of our big beautiful bodies! I have been everywhere from a size 8 to a 24!
Sometimes the cues I get in a “traditional” yoga class do not work for my body shape. If you can relate, join me for a 4-week exploration and celebration of yogic movement for bigger bodies.
We will find poses that comfortably fit your unique shape!
