Reiki is an ancient art of energy healing which is used to balance and restore your energetic field and increase physical, emotional, and spiritual health.
In this Level 1 training, you will learn about Reiki and the subtle energetic body. You will be attuned to the first degree so that you can start to practice Reiki on yourself, your loved ones, and even your pets. Reiki is a gentle hands-on healing practice which is safely and widely used on people of all ages and all levels of health.
Through experience and strong intuitive connection, Liat will talk you through the traditional practice of Reiki, as well as how to share Reiki energy from a place of intuition and inner guidance.

Class will be offered in person or via Zoom. Manuals will be provided for those in person and emailed ahead of time for online participants.
