This group meets the first Monday of every Month.

Y12SR combines the tenets of Yoga
with the 12-steps
to add to recovery support.
This group is for anyone dealing with their
own addiction/recovery or has someone
in their life dealing with recovery/addiction.
Modern day addictions can look
very different from what we assume them to be.
Addiction can be to substance, anxiety, technology,
and even being obsessed with searching for bad news.
If you are unsure if you "belong" within this group, feel free
to reach out with any questions!

This will be half a meeting and half an All Levels Practice.
You do not have to "share" in the meeting portion to attend!
