Kat Buechel
She is a registered yoga teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance. She identifies with students who come to their mat looking to release stress. Yoga is not just a way to relax or get fit, Kat sees it as a way to help balance a healthy life. Kat has trained in many different yoga styles: vinyasa flow, Prana Flow, Jivamukti, Lotus Flow, YogaWorks, and Katonah Yoga. She has seen how athletes of every type can grow and become stronger both mentally and physically for their lives off the mat. She believes in using the yoga practice to better organize your body for functionality off the mat and in life. Kat holds the following certifications as a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT): E-RYT500 hour and Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider (YACEP). She completed a 200hr training certification through Tranquil Space in 2011. She served as a Master Trainer at the YogaWorks locations in Arlington and Dupont providing training in advanced teaching methods including advanced assisting, writing teaching syllabuses, philosophy, and training students in 200hr programs. She has been published in Box Life Magazine and Mind Body Green for tips on recovery and yoga for CrossFit athletes.

Restorative Yoga allows for conscious relaxation, the softening of the body, and relaxing of the mind.
You will cultivate a feeling of calm and increased wellbeing. The perfect way to end the weekend!
This practice is available to any level of practitioner.
Cost is $20 per person
