Yin Yoga and Acupuncture Workshop
Saturday June 18, 5--6:15pm

Yin Yoga is a practice where poses
are held for a longer period of time.
It allows joints to open and stuck
energy to freely move within the body.

The Acupuncture will be given by
Licensed Acupuncturist Peter Liebenthal.
He will be using a four point Auricular
treatment that helps reduce stress and anxiety.
These two practices will leave you
Fully relaxed and in a state of bliss!

There is room for 10 participants.

Masks must be worn when receiving the Acupuncture treatment.

Cost is $55 per person
