Andrea is an RYT 200 and an ACE Group Fitness Instructor. She has a bubbly personality, enthusiastic, and an uplifting postive energy. She is a Yoga and fitness instructor adept at leading groups of various ages and experience and 1:1 private sessions. Andrea's teaching encourages others to express themselves through asana's, excercise's, and challenge themselves, all while letting creativity flow to explore ways to deepen their practice in Yoga and Fitness in a safe and fun way. Andrea is passionate about fitness and offers ways to make it accessible for you. PIIT28 is a 30 minute Pilates Intensive Interval Training class. It combines a HIIT workout, High Intensity Interval Training with Pilates moves. The class fuses the core sculpting of Pilates with the powerful fat burn of HIIT. Get ready for some FUN and get your workout in! No equipment necessary.
