Andrea is an RYT 200 and an ACE Group Fitness Instructor. She has a bubbly personality, enthusiastic, and an uplifting postive energy. She is a Yoga and fitness instructor adept at leading groups of various ages and experience and 1:1 private sessions. Andrea's teaching encourages others to express themselves through asana's, excercise's, and challenge themselves, all while letting creativity flow to explore ways to deepen their practice in Yoga and Fitness in a safe and fun way. Andrea is passionate about fitness and offers ways to make it accessible for you. Her desire is to make a positive impact on others' fitness and overall well-being while being a part of their fitness journey. messier

This workshop is designed to help you learn how to use props in your yoga practice. We will explore how to use props such as blocks, straps, and bolsters to support and deepen your poses. You will also learn how to use props for alignment, balance, and increased range of motion or even elevating your practice in a whole new way.
