Craniosacral Therapy, Restorative Yoga and Reiki Workshop:

Craniosacral therapy is a light touch therapy for the whole body and whole person. It works with both the physical and energetic parts of the body. One of the core principles of craniosacral therapy is that the body will always seek health, and that balancing the nervous system helps clear the path for this process.

During a session, the client will lie down and the practitioner will lightly touch the feet, head, limbs, and spine. The practitioner is often looking to observe the rhythm of the craniosacral fluid (CSF), and notice any blockages that can be supported.

Because the approach is systemic, benefits can range from relaxation to reduction in more specific symptoms.

Each participant will receive one 8-10 Craniosacral session during the Workshop.

For the remainder of the Workshop each participant will be in supported restorative yoga poses receiving Reiki.
