Description
Does it ever feel like your reaction to something is out of your control?

Or been confused about why you responded the way you did after a particularly frustrating event?

Do you find yourself frustrated at repeating the same pattern of behavior that leaves you angry at yourself?

Me too. You’re not alone. And there is a rational explanation for why this happens to us!

Join us for a 4-week series exploring the brain-behavior connection, and how this connection influences our decisions.

We’ll spend the first half of the class reviewing and discussing high-level topics in the brain-behavior connection.

The second half of the class will offer an opportunity to be coached on a single topic of your choice. Even if you aren’t coached, you will benefit from hearing someone else be coached!
Topics:
Evolutionary psychology (science wiz prerequisite not required)
Socialization/conditioning
Neuroplasticity
Mental models
