Paula teaches from a functional approach and provides modifications and variations to help you find your own level of depth and comfort.

The Wednesday morning 7:00am class is a space for self practice, all levels of practitioners are welcome. It is an opportunity to avail of Pól’s wealth of teaching experience, support and advice.

The Beginners Plus Yoga Class caters to individuals who have some experience of yoga and for those who have had a break from a weekly yoga practice and are seeking to return to a suitable level.

You will be guided step by step through foundational aspects of yoga with an introduction to beginner plus level yoga poses and sequences along with simple breathing practices and guided relaxation to aid the relief of Stress and anxiety.

This class is for practitioners seeking a fulfilling yoga practice in a calm and peaceful environment. The class will also suit active individuals with no yoga experience as the class can easily be tailored for those of all abilities and ages.

Join Sam for a high energy start to the day. This class draws from the Ashtanga Primary Series. You will; build strength and increase flexibility, develop autonomy in your practice, set a pace that is right for your body and mind. Sam will tailor for different levels of experience by suggesting variations and modifications. Leave feeling ready for the weekend!

This class connects movement with breath, we begin with grounding practices and preparatory stretches and end with longer held floor based postures and meditative movement. The main body of the class incorporates a mixture of sun salutations with standing, balancing and seated poses and movements.
You will be encouraged to honour your own individual body in order to progress your practice and develop an awareness of how your body feels moment to moment. Variations and props will be provided throughout to suit individual’s energy. You will leave feeling relaxed and refreshed.
