Perfect for after exercise this slow and mindful practice is one that just keeps giving!! I filmed this class after a climbing session and discovered that it was exactly what I needed. This is the ideal practice to do after work or exercise. Don’t be put off by the length of this class!! We have gotten so use to doing short practices but actually slowing down and really tuning in is hugely beneficial both mentally and physically. Suitable for all levels it is good to have a yoga brick handy. Find a quiet space and enjoy this soothing practice.
