Single classes £10
4 class pass £34 (to be used over 6 weeks)
You can cancel and reschedule (within your time period) a class anytime up to 2 hours prior to the class. After 2 hours the credit is taken.

You will be sent a health declaration and waiver form ONLINE by Lorraine on joining momoyoga in your welcome email or booking a new class type. This MUST BE FILLED BEFORE your first class. If you do not receive ask Lorraine or copy this link

Proudly offering the internationally famous and ever so popular Yogabellies classes. This unique Hatha flow yoga class is suitable for ALL WOMEN yes you heard that right. Beginners and intermediate yogis or those that like to flow. Also prenatal if have an existing yoga practice.
Luna Hatha flow is a style of yoga for everyone who enjoy to move on the mat to simply get moving. It is suitable for both beginners, and more advanced yogis wanting to grow and advance on their practice. Luna Hatha flow uses traditional Hatha asana which calm the mind, body and soul and prepares the yogi for a deeper meditation.
Do not worry if you are a beginner, we will guide your through the postures and for those with experience we will build on this through alignment and weekly practice. The classes run for an hour, there are different weekly breathing exercises to enter our practice, a 45 minute flowing yoga sequence, and a fully guided yoga nidra with aromatherapy and gentle hypnotic sounds.
Each week we look at the phase of the lunar cycle and move with the moon. Expect energetic sun and mellow moon salutations where you can enjoy the power of the opposites and create harmony and balance. Yoga meets spa, with aromatherapy and inspiring music for that all important ‘me time’ in your life. This one hour is pure indulgence.

Moon time yoga – to balance energies around the time of the full moon
Full moon yoga – to honour the full moon and release what no longer serves you
Luna Vinyasa flow – move on your mat inhale and exhale your way through this practice
Moon salutations – to channel the lunar energy with its cool, relaxing and creative qualities
Deep practice – hold your postures with the power of the moon
Well being – for the mind, body, and soul
New Moon yoga – to honour the new moon and new beginnings
Opening to life – opening the heart and the body and the mind to new possibilities
*What to do and what to bring*
Bring a yoga mat, a strap (a head scarf or tie will do!) and a cover for relaxation.
