*Packages and how to book*
Single class £12 (first class only if you want to try it out before signing up to a block)
6 week pass £60
Single class - Purchase one class and use your one credit to book in on the date of your choice. If you cancel (before the 6 hour time period stated) you can reschedule for the following week.
6 week pass- 10 week expiry
Book your classes when purchasing your journey to avoid disappointment if classes become full. If you do not book classes when purchasing the journey and then they do become full you will be put on the waitlist (your block time is not extended).
If any classes are full in your time period AT THE TIME OF PURCHASING ONLY on your journey email Lorraine for help!
You can cancel a class up until 6 hours before the start time (after 6 hours the credit is taken) and reschedule within your time period.

You will have been sent a health declaration and waiver form in your welcome email from momoyoga the booking system when registering. If you missed it you will be sent the link again when purchasing classes and the day before your class. This MUST BE FILLED BEFORE your first class so why not do it now!

*Class information*
This is an exclusive Yogabellies mum and baby post natal class. Mum and baby yoga incorporates simple yogic stretches for baby, yoga for two and yoga just for mum! You will also learn breath awareness and relaxation techniques which help to increase energy levels and allow you to relax while with baby.
Please note mum must be 6 weeks postpartum or cleared by the Doctor after a section for yoga. If you want to come earlier you can join in with baby yoga. This class is suitable for babies all the way up until fully crawling. Movement rolling and shuffling is fine (and nice to see as baby is joining mum on the mat!)
At Yogabellies mum and baby yoga we incorporate traditional yoga postures adapted for postpartum mum and some for baby too. While most post natal classes either focus solely on mum (with baby stuck in their buggy) or offer baby activities alone (with no physical benefits for mum), Yogabellies for mum and baby combine BOTH postnatal and baby yoga, to ensure both mum and baby leave the class feeling stretched, revived and relaxed.
*What to do and what to bring*
There is parking on the road outside the venue. Arrive 5 minutes early to find the room, get set up and settle with baby. Bring a blanket for baby to lay on. Wear comfy clothes for both mum and baby. You can feed and change baby on your mat. It is a very go with the flow class!

*Class information*
Yogabellies for pregnancy is for anyone who is pregnant. Whether you have been on a yoga mat before or it is your first time that is okay. For those new to yoga this is a great time to start as you will reap the benefits of a more flexible and stronger body in pregnancy. For the more experienced yogis it is time to slow down (whatever the trimester!) and now yoga for two.
Yogabellies for pregnancy sessions are unique, revolutionary prenatal yoga classes for pregnant women using traditional yoga postures adapted for the growing body. The postures are beneficial for the common ailments associated with pregnancy. Our classes also include an especially created combination of self-hypnosis and yoga nidra which is deep relaxation and breathing techniques for pregnancy and birth. Your mind will rest and relax as will your body.
This class can be started in the first trimester if you wish and are currently active/ have an existing yoga practice. If not please wait until your second trimester.
The class is suitable for all women in their second and third trimesters all the way up until birth. Yes really! You can yoga your way into labour!
*What to do and what to bring*
Bring a yoga mat, a strap (a head scarf or tie will do!), a cover for relaxation and a passion for all things bump and ready to meet all the other new mums!
