(NL) Bij het langzame gentle flow gaat de aandacht naar het rekken en versterken van de spieren en de ademhaling ademhaling in elke vloeiende beweging en houding met weinig impact. Soms houd je houdingen voor een langere periode aan zonder alle druk in de houding te stoppen, maar eerder 70 procent van je kracht. Van dit soort oefeningen zal je lichaam op talloze manieren profiteren. Na afloop van gentle flow-sessie voel je je jonger door het bloed dat door je aderen stroomt, maar ook heerlijk ontspannen door de zachte rekoefeningen.

Sometimes you hold poses for a longer period of time without putting the whole pressure into the pose, but rather 70 percent of your force. (NL) Mindful flow uit zachte oefeningen die de spieren zowel versterken als rekken. Elke oefening in mindful flow houdt in dat je op alle niveaus bewust bent: mentaal, emotioneel, fysiek en spiritueel. Door je lichaam en ademhaling bewust te gebruiken, begrijp je welk deel van het lichaam in elke houding wordt gebruikt. De grotedeels van de les worden in het engels gegeven.

Each practice in Mindful Flow entails being aware on all levels: mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually. Using your body and breath mindfully, you understand what part of the body is being used in each pose.
