This short gentle yoga and breath practice will bring you into your day ahead with intention, energy and clarity. A really nice practice to use if you prefer something shorter. Remember, consistency not duration is the key to cultivating the benefits of yoga!
PROPS: A yoga mat and a small folded blanket or small cushion.
PLEASE NOTE:
