A soothing and gentle practice to unwind after a busy day to take you into your evening with clarity and lightness in the heart.
This is also a perfect practice to use if you need a more gentle supportive movement anytime.
Suitable for everyone. Please adapt any of these movements to meet your own level of comfort.
PROPS:
A yoga mat and small folded blanket or cushion.
PLEASE NOTE:
