Moving Meditation #2 Free

A beautiful, gentle and simple sequence to bring you into a place of stillness and peace interweaving the essence of mindfulness through awareness, attention and intention through soothing movement. We have added a couple of extra movements building on our Moving Meditation sequence #1 video.
A gorgeous sequence for anytime of the day!
Suitable for everyone. Please adapt any of these movements to meet your own level of comfort.
PROPS: A yoga mat and a small folded blanket or small cushion.
