Rocket Yoga is based in the practice of Ashtanga Vinyasa. It is composed of poses from the Ashtanga series by Larry Schultz's yoga teacher for The Grateful Dead. Rocket Yoga is a dynamic and fast-paced flow of yoga set to be free and fluid, as well as playful and expansive.
