A nice long stretchy Sunday session, to luxuriate into your body, exploring boundaries of movement and the inner dialogue with breath. We will have a focus on floorwork. You can expect relaxed vibes, and feel free to get as fiery, or relaxed or as creative as you like.

We will also have a post session flow clinic after some chai, for anyone who wishes to explore their transitions a little deeper. This is not posted on the schedule - just stick around after this session if you fancy it, or just drop by at around 345pm if you just fancy the flow workshop.
