Rocket Yoga is based in the practice of Ashtanga Vinyasa. It is composed of poses from the Ashtanga series by Larry Schultz's yoga teacher for The Grateful Dead. Rocket Yoga is a dynamic and fast-paced flow yoga set to be free and fluid, as well as playful, expressive, adventurous and expansive, with focus on the physicality and the fun - arm balances, inversions and deep stretch.

Lots of modifications and options will be added, but you will be encouraged to try new things.

We will use props, including the inversions stands and yoga wheels for people who want to, and the session will start with a 15 minute workshop on inversions.
