Join us for our fun and health benefitting Tai Chi Qigong for All Class. Tai Chi is an exercise for people of all ages and abilities, offering a wide range of physical, mental and emotional benefits.

Although Tai Chi was initially developed as a martial art, it is more commonly used in the west for its health benefits. It is also often referred to as a form of ‘meditation in motion’ as it promotes a sense of inner peace and tranquility.

Qigong is a unique exercise for increasing energy levels and improving your health, assisting the development of muscle tone, good posture, and strengthening the immune system.

Integrating numerous physical postures and special breathing techniques, qigong heals the mind and body while preventing many health problems – you don’t need to be in top shape or the best of health to gain its benefits.

Get ready for a full-body, low-impact, high-energy workout on our state-of-the-art Reformers with Tower! Designed to improve strength, flexibility, and coordination, these sessions focus on core strength while helping you feel amazing. Expect dynamic movements, isolated muscle holds, and pulses to really fire up those muscles.

💓 IMPORTANT:
– Please arrive on time, as late entry isn’t permitted for safety. We recommend arriving 10 minutes early to settle in and get ready. Thanks for understanding—we can’t wait to see you!
– You’ll need **Reformer grip socks** for class. Feel free to bring your own or grab a pair from £5 at the Studio or from our Shop. No socks, no class!

– Parking can be busy at peak times—so please give yourself time to park.
– Parking is Free for 2 hours. If staying longer please input your car registration at the reception screen and it will be free all day.
– Additional Parking can be found across the road outside Marks & Spencer just a short walk away.
