Description
This class combines Vinyasa and Yin yoga. Vinyasa, also known as Flow-Yoga, utilizes the breath to flow from one pose to another. Yin yoga focuses on holding poses (mostly seated or supine) for longer to get deeper into the connective tissues. The combination of Yang (more movement-based practices such as Vinyasa) with Yin (slower, more meditative practices such as Yin yoga) helps bring your mind, body, and spirit back into harmony and balance. Suitable for all levels of experience
