Yoga teacher/Studio Manager.

I began teaching yoga in 2011 after completing Yoga Teacher Training at Joyful Yoga in Bonita Springs, FL. Trained in vinyasa, my teaching style is light hearted and fun while still allowing space for the mind, body, and breath to connect. I believe yoga is for every body and I do my best in classes to provide modifications and amplifications for varying levels of fitness. See you on the mat!
