Description

Designed for all levels, this class begins with gentle stretches and slow movement. Traditional yoga poses and guided with breath help the body and mind transition to unison, creating space for the stillness of Restorative. For those who are new to Restorative yoga, expect postures supported by several props to allow for the most comfortable, supported positions possible. Postures are held for longer periods to give the body time to relax as much as possible, with little movement or effort. Along with breath and visualization, these poses facilitate a deepened state of relaxed awareness and well being. Feel free to cozy up, fall asleep, and enjoy the deep rejuvenation for the perfect close to your weekend!
