Ingrid qualified as a BWY teacher in 2017 and completed her Yoga Alliance Yin Yoga teaching certification in 2022 . Ingrid's Yin classes focus on bringing stillness into the body, breath and mind - achieved by moving into deeper postures for longer periods of time.

Vinyasa yoga is a style of yoga that connects one posture to the next using the breath. This class focuses on strength, flexibility, and breathing to boost physical and mental well-being.
Although you may expect some challenging poses in this class it's not necessarily an advanced yoga class. It focuses on flowing through poses and breathing at an accessible pace.
