Welcome to Yoga Tree Stanthorpe!
We are a small studio that offers a wide variety of classes including Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Slow Flow, Yin/Yang, Meditation, Relaxation, Yoga Nidra, Chair Yoga, Pilates, Breath classes for every BODY.
Our teachers are widely experienced and have studied extensively with respected teachers around the world. Their intention is for you to experience your body, breath and spirit as a unified awareness.
Our studio offers mats, and props but we encourage you to bring your own if you have them. Please be mindful of maintaining social distancing and hand hygiene practices when visiting the studio and stay home if you are unwell.
If you are in isolation and would still like to attend class, many of our classes are available live stream via Zoom, and some are offered as a recorded session.
