Description

In this class we practice traditional yoga stretches and poses, whilst being seated or supported by chair or wall. It is a wonderful class to move the body in a supported and nurturing space, and welcomes EVERY body to a very accessible practice. We breath, stretch, relax and laugh - building strength and flexibility to keep us moving and upright! Great for those recovering form injury or people who don't like to get up and down off floor.
