I completed my level 1 yoga teacher training at Santosha Yoga institute Byron Bay in November of 2024.
I have a deep passion for community and healing and aim to do further study. I am currently completing a 50hr course in meditation and have enrolled for to do a course in Breathwork to complete in March.
