This class is the early morning class to get your day started off right! It is a 45-minute energizing flow to prepare yourself for the day ahead!

This class is about strengthening your balance and inversions. This is an hour class. This is an intermediate to advanced level class. We will use props and modifications as needed as you work to progress your balance and inversions. If you are looking for a challenge or just something different give this class a try. Please bring any of your own props you have to use for example, blocks and straps.
