Upper Body Flow - 60 minutes

In this class we are targeting the upper body and the quadriceps (front of upper legs). Through progressive poses we will loosen up the chest, shoulders, arms and quads. Upper body classes are uplifting so you will finish feeling refreshed with more energy than you started. 60 minute class for any level of student.
