About Yogi Laura
Update December 2024: I’m away from the 21-31st. Pregnancy Yoga resumes on the 1st of January 2025 and Postnatal Yoga resumes on the 8th of January 2025.
New student offer £8.5 only applicable to Wednesday pregnancy yoga and all postnatal yoga.
My yoga love story began over 15 years ago until I ultimately decided to take the plunge and become a certified Vinyasa teacher at Yoga to the People in San Francisco. I am 500 RYT Yoga Alliance certified Advanced Yoga Teacher. I am also trained in Perintal Yoga, Yin Yoga, and Restorative Yoga. My teaching style is focused, challenging, intentional, and centered on alignment and breath. By suggesting asana (poses) variations and optional cues, I adapt my public and corporate classes to all levels, allowing students to push themselves or take it easy depending on where they’re at on a given day. I tailor my private classes, whether one on one or in small group settings, taking into account experience, physical abilities and limitations, as well as your personal goals. It’s easy sometimes to get so wrapped up in something that you take it too seriously and lose sight of why you started doing it in the first place. I like to remind my students that Yoga is supposed to be fun and something caring we do for ourselves and I always strive to give you the best possible experience inside and out.
With love,
Laura
