Hatha Yoga is a branch of yoga that emphasizes physical postures (asanas) and breathing techniques (pranayama) to bring harmony between the body and mind. This traditional form of yoga focuses on slow, deliberate movements and long holds to build strength and flexibility while calming the mind.
Class Description: Our Hatha Yoga classes are suitable for all levels and provide a welcoming environment for everyone. Each class includes:
Gentle Warm-Up: Prepare your body with light stretches and breathing exercises
Asana Practice: Move through a series of foundational poses to enhance your strength, balance, and flexibilit
Pranayama: Learn breathing techniques to control your breath and focus your mind.
Relaxation: End the class with a deep relaxation or meditation to leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated
The class is taught in English, but Charlotte also speaks German, French, Spanish and Italian. All are welcome!
