In this 25 minute practice of 3-Part Breath (Dirga Pranayama), we initially take each of the 3 areas separately and then the sequence is brought together in each inhalation. It is a calming and grounding breath. CAUTION: If while practicing you experience anxiety or tension, return to your natural breath.
