Chair Yoga - Forward Head Syndrome

We focus on Forward Head Syndrome which can be brought about by viewing our screens for extensive periods, or from a curvature in the upper back, or from the habit of looking downwards. This class includes movements to strengthen and lengthen different back and neck muscles, as learned from yoga therapist Doug Keller.
