The trio of Vyama (movement), Pranayama (breath), and Dhyana (mind). Through this practice, we move the body, deepen the breath, and still the mind, finding that inner balance and peace. Each element serves as a gateway to greater awareness, taking us deeper into our connection with ourselves, withdrawing from the external sensory world and going within.
