Description
Face Yoga tones and strengthens facial muscles, improving circulation and promoting a youthful, lifted appearance—a natural facelift! During the practice, we combine posture exercises, facial exercises, breath awareness, and facial massage. This helps improve blood flow to your face, supports the lymphatic system, releases tension, relaxes facial muscles, and strengthens them for a healthy, firm, and smooth complexion. Facial oil will be provided, but feel free to bring your own oil or cream if you prefer.
Fumiko Takatsu is the creator of Face Yoga Method, a natural approach to maintaining a youthful and toned appearance by exercising facial muscles. Originally from Japan, she developed this method after a car accident that left her face asymmetrical. Combining her background in yoga, body movement, and a deep understanding of facial anatomy, she created a series of exercises to lift, tone, and relax the face without invasive procedures.
Fumiko has gained international recognition through her online courses, books, and workshops, helping people achieve a more sculpted and radiant appearance naturally. She emphasizes holistic beauty, connecting physical exercises with mindfulness and self-care.
About Sorina
Sorina is a dedicated yoga student, practitioner, and teacher, drawing inspiration from classical yoga philosophy, classical tantra, Western philosophy, and science. Since 2021, she has incorporated face yoga into her regular asana practice, observing not only improvements in her complexion but also enhanced overall awareness and mental clarity.
