Description
Our Full Flow Yoga Takes its inspiration and core from the Ashtanga Yoga tradition (Pattabhis Jois, Founder). This style relies more on synchronized breathing with each movement to produce beautiful, flowing patterns of motion and energy. Full Flow techniques tend to be more vigorous than Slow Flow, and we generally recommend that students are capable of enduring a higher rate of physical activity in this class. White both Slow and Full Flow have a foundation in Sun Salutations, Full Flow is often considered the “most athletic style” of yoga. At first, the class might feel more like a workout, but eventually, not only will the body have slowed and calmed itself, but so will the breath, heart, and mind.
This full practice of yoga is appropriate for students who have prior experience in yoga asana (movement and poses).

Description
Add new heights to your movement practice with Aerial Yoga! Aerial Yoga utilizes an aerial hammock as a prop to help access yoga postures on and off the mat. During each Aerial Yoga class, we will mindfully explore poses with the support of an aerial hammock to encourage strength, flexibility, stamina and importantly -> relaxation.
Settling into breath and meditation practices while hovering over the floor allows for a new experience of the breath itself, and of the body's awareness of space. With your feet off the ground, a new air of possibility unfolds, and the aerial hammock can even help make certain moves, like inversions, more accessible.

Description
We are excited to announce that we will now be offering a Friday evening class this fall and winter! Join Gina in a full flow, intermediate level class on Fridays from 6:30 - 7:30 pm.
While both Slow and Full Flow have a foundation in Sun Salutations, Full Flow is often considered the “most athletic style” of yoga. At first, the class might feel more like a workout, but eventually, not only will the body have slowed and calmed itself, but so will the breath, heart, and mind.
(Standard rates apply)

Description
Yin-Yasa Yoga is designed to move the body to burn off excess energy (vin-Yasa), and then slow movements down with grounding postures (Yin) to prepare you for your evening. Beginning with Pranayama (breath) practice, then moving into sun salutations and standing postures to generate heat in the body. The second half of class will be an exploration of restorative floor postures to welcome you into relaxation. During our Yin-Yasa practice we will aim to increase circulation in the joints and flexibility in the muscle and connective tissue. We will close with a longer Savasana, followed by a guided Yoga Nidra (meditation/yogic sleep) to encourage a state of deep relaxation and conscious awareness
