A grounding & nourishing moon practice, with longer holds and longer exhalations to support the down regulation of the nervous system and stilling of the mind. We start the practice with the Vakratunda (Ganesh) mantra, and finish the practice with langhana pranayama (longer exhalations) and Kaya Sthira (body steadiness) meditation with the support of Ganesh Mudra.
