A practice to bring out your inner shine (Tejas) - through 'sunny' postures, quadriceps work and standing balances, this sequence is designed to be approached like a moon practice, to challenge your sense of stability, and to encourage Tapas. Through tapas we shave away the aspects of the personality that keep us stuck in our habitual patterns.
