The class begins with mindful breathing and gentle stretches to connect with the rhythm of your breath and the natural beauty of the setting sun. As the golden light softens, the flow transitions into slow, fluid movements to release tension and promote ease in the body.
The pace is unhurried, allowing you to linger in each posture, cultivating presence and a deeper awareness of your body.
The practice concludes with restorative postures guiding your body into a state of rest. Finally, a long Savasana invites you to surrender fully, accompanied by the soothing hues of the sunset and perhaps soft music or nature sounds.
This practice is perfect for creating a sense of calm, preparing both body and mind for a restful evening and peaceful sleep.
NOTE: For a more comfortable and relaxing session, participants are encouraged to bring mosquito repellent.

Once participants are settled into a comfortable lying position, the instructor guides them through a series of relaxation techniques to induce a state of deep relaxation and heightened awareness.
As the class progresses, the instructor incorporates the soothing sounds of Tibetan Singing Bowls into the practice. The resonant tones of the bowls are played in a way that enhance the overall experience and deepening the sense of relaxation.
Throughout the session, participants are encouraged to remain present and attentive to their inner experiences, including sensations, emotions, and thoughts. The combination of Yoga Nidra known as yogic sleep—and the harmonious vibrations of the singing bowls creates a profound sense of calmness and inner stillness.
The instructor may also weave in elements of mindfulness and visualization, guiding participants on a journey of self-discovery and inner healing. The sound of the bowls acts as a catalyst for deepening the meditative state, allowing participants to access deeper layers of consciousness and insight.
As the class comes to a close, participants are gently guided back to a state of wakefulness, feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and more deeply connected to themselves.
