This Healing Yoga session offers a gentle yet comprehensive approach to full-body opening, combining standing and floor exercises.
Session Highlights:
Joint Opening Exercises: Warm up and prepare the body, enhancing joint mobility and reducing stiffness.
Hip Flexors Openers: Release tension and improve flexibility in the hips.
Back, Side, and Legs Stretches: Promote overall flexibility and relief in key areas of the body.
Legs Bouncing Alternations: Improve circulation and flexibility with gentle bouncing movements.
Figure 4 Forward Fold Bounces and Holds: Target deep stretches in the hips and glutes, enhancing release and mobility.
Core Activation: Strengthen the core muscles to support better posture and stability.
Box Breathing: Facilitate relaxation and balance through structured breathwork.
At the end we take a moment to practice observation and awareness, tuning into our body’s state of Water Up, Fire Down, fostering a balanced and centered experience.
The session concludes with sharing time, where all LIVE participants reflect on their experiences, and we warmly welcome back our beloved returning student, Polly.
