To begin, settle in, tune into your breath, and set your intention.
Then, flow gently to warm and energise the whole body, holding some postures for a little longer to invite stability, strength and opening.
Finish with a blissful relaxation.
Feel energised, strengthened, peaceful, and reconnected with what matters to you.
Suitable for students with some prior experience of Yoga.
